Dulwich Hamlet Supporters' Trust To Hold Fan Ownership Meeting

Dulwich Hamlet Supporters' Trust present fan ownership - ask the experts. 


The meeting regarding the Ryman League Premier Division club will take place on Thursday 15th January between 7.30pm and 9.30pm in the club bar.

Member Duncan Hart revealed: "2015 will be a busy and important year for all supporters of Dulwich Hamlet One of the fundamental issues is the future ownership of the club. You can read more about the Trust's present position here. The DHST Board consider it vital that the various options for fan ownership are understood and discussed by as many supporters as possible.

This event gives you a chance to hear the views of an expert panel on issues such as:
- the merits of various ownership options;
- the road to fan ownership; and
- the practicalities of running a community football club.

We have invited a range of experts to share their knowledge and experience with us, and answer your questions.

The experts include:
James Mathie – Club Development, Supporters Direct;
Paul Millington – Vice-Chair, Enfield Town FC
Dan York – Club Secretary, Fisher FC
Jo Collins, Legal Advisor & Assistant Secretary, Portsmouth Supporters Trust
David Growns – Vice Chair, AFC Wimbledon Trust
Nigel Higgs – Former Youth and Community Director, AFC Wimbledon and current Board member, AFC Wimbledon Trust.

"Dulwich Hamlet Supporters Trust believes it is vital that all parties have the opportunity to participate in these important discussions on the sustainable future of our club. As well as the supporters, we have invited our manager Gavin Rose, representatives of Hadley Property Group and the Football Committee.

"The bar will be open on the night, and there will be a raffle. This will include two pairs of free tickets and boardroom hospitality for the final match of the season against Maidstone United, which Dulwich Hamlet Supporters Trust is sponsoring.
