Clarets Add Three More

Conference South club Chelmsford City have confirmed the signings of Matthew Lock, Bertie Brayley and Jeff Goulding, who will all be starring for the Clarets in 2013/14.

Lock previously had a two-year spell with the Clarets stretching back to 2009/10. Since then, he's played for Gloucester City and traveled to Australia where he undertook coaching. He joins up with the club after having his international clearance accepted.

Brayley, another former Claret, has signed a short-term deal with City. Brayley last wore a City shirt in the 2008/09 campaign and he netted the equaliser in City's recent pre-season match against Southend United. Well-traveled Brayley began his career at West Ham United before playing for the likes of Grays Athletic, Braintree Town, Harlow and Thurrock to name a few.

The club has also announced the signing of Jeff Goulding (pictured). The 29-year-old striker signs from Aldershot Town and the experienced goal scorer will add competition to the City squad.

The Sutton born player has played for a number of clubs, most notably Fisher Athletic, Bournemouth and Cheltenham Town. Goulding has also represented his country at England C level.
