Kemp Re-United With Cook

Graham Kemp, manager of Sydenhams Wessex League Premier Division club Winchester City, has almost finished rebuilding his new-look side, following the capture of free-scoring striker Russell Cook.

Cook, who netted regularly for Kemp (pictured) last season at Christchurch, has moved from Hurn Bridge.

Cook had a successful spell at Poole Town before his most recent stint at Hurn Bridge, and prior to him moving to the Tatnam, he was actually at Christchurch in the first place.

Meanwhile, Jamie Musselwhite, a former Winchester City striker, is in talks about a possible return to the club.

Musselwhite, a former Follands Sports and Sholing player, as well as having had a spell already at the Denplan, scored for City twice in a 4-3 pre-season friendly win at US Portsmouth and will speak to the club on his return from holiday.

Former Havant & Waterlooville goalkeeper, Tommy Taylor, has been on trial at the club.
