Nuneaton Borrow Forest Keeper

Kevin Wilkin's search for a number one at Conference Premier club Nuneaton Town for the coming season may be at an end following the loan signing of Nottingham Forest goalkeeper Dimitar Evtimov.

The Bulgarian stopper was named LFE Apprentice of the Year for the Championship last season and has represented his country at both under-19 and under-21 levels.

He has not made a first team appearance for Forest after breaking into the first team squad last year, but has seen first team action while on loan to Gainsborough Trinity from Forest after starting his career with Chavdar Etropole in his home country.

"Nuneaton Town extend massive thanks to everyone at Nottingham Forest for their help in securing this 93 day loan deal, and - subject to clearance - he will make his first appearance in a Boro shirt in Tuesday's friendly at home to Burton Albion," read a club statement.
