GRIMSHAW HANDED MANGOTSFIELD POST 05/12/2003
Dr Martens League Western Division club Mangotsfield United have announced the appointment of Martyn Grimshaw as the new manager.
The former Tiverton Town assistant-manager was appointed on Thursday evening with United's Aussie striker David Seal promoted to player-coach.
Grimshaw (pictured) was with Tiverton since 1994 where he took up an assistant-manager's role after a successful playing career with the Devon club, this season being his fourth as assistant to manager Martyn Rogers.
Grimshaw's playing career saw him have spells at Yeovil Town, Bath City, Weymouth,Yate Town and Mangotsfield before joining Tiverton.
