CHENNELLS DECIDES ON CHESHAM 04/07/2012
Michael Chennells has decided to join Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division side Chesham United.
The former Windsor hitman (pictured), who bagged 25 goals in 22 games at Stag Meadow last season, had been mulling over possible moves to the Generals or Slough Town.
Windsor boss Keith Scott said: "It's nothing derogatory to us. I don't think it would have mattered what club in the Southern Premier it was, I think he would have gone.
"But Chesham was ideal for him and I'm sure he will prove how good he is there.
"We had a long chat and I fully understand why he's made his decision.
"I hope it works out for him. If it doesn't, I will be the first person knocking on his door."
