BRADY ADDS TO BRACKLEY SQUAD 14/07/2012
Brackley Town boss Jon Brady has made two new signings as he prepares for the new challenge of Blue Square Bet North football.
Twenty-one year-old central midfielder Michael Corcoran (pictured) has signed from Dover Athletic and central defender Jamie Grimes, 23, has been snapped up from Redditch United.
“They are both very good young players and we will look to add to the squad over the next few weeks if we feel the need to do so,” said Brady, who has also persuaded Curtis McDonald to remain at St James Park after he joined near the end of last season. But Tom Kemp, Joe Magunda and Paul Walker have left the club.
Saints entertain Nuneaton Town in their pre-season opener on Tuesday and will begin their Blue Square Bet North campaign with a visit to Altrincham.
“That will be a tough first test for the players but it will give us the chance to see where we are,” added Brady.
