ROOK CHECKS IN AT MARGATE

Ryman League Premier Division club Margate have signed 29-year-old former Eastbourne Borough and Tonbridge Angels striker Carl Rook.

During his three year stint at Tonbridge under Tommy Warrilow, he scored 65 goals before going on to play for Dartford.

Rook (pictured) then joined Tonbridge again on loan, before moving to Eastbourne Borough and AFC Hornchurch at the end of last season.

Rook has also previously played for Dover Athletic, Hastings United, Whitstable Town, Folkestone Invicta, Sittingbourne and Deal Town.
