UJAH JOINS ST ALBANS 13/08/2012
Defender Curtis Ujah has become the latest addition to St Albans City's squad for the new Evo-Stik Southern Premier League campaign.
Ujah (pictured) signed after another impressive pre-season performance against Stevenage in midweek and represents a significant coup for Saints manager David Howell, who believes the player retains the ability to play in the Football League.
The 24-year-old centre-back comes to Clarence Park after playing for Hayes & Yeading in the Blue Square Bet Premier last season. He began his career with Reading and also appeared for League club Yeovil Town.
"I am delighted to have secured Curtis' services," said Howell. "He has the potential to be a big figure for us and to acquire a player of his quality shows just how much the club means business this season."
