DENTON AT THE DOUBLE 21/10/2012
Tom Denton scored twice as Worksop Town registered a 3-0 win at home to Kendal Town in the Evo-Stik League Premier Division on Saturday.
Denton (pictured) scored on 42 and 59 minutes, before Leon Mettam rounded off the scoring on 63 minutes.
Elsewhere, Blyth Spartans drew 1-1 with Rushall Olympic, while Chorley were 5-1 winners at home to Frickley Athletic.
Nantwich Town also won 5-1 at Eastwood, while Hednesford beat Grantham 3-2, North Ferriby won 2-0 at Stafford Rangers, and Matlock beat Stocksbridge Park Steels by the odd goal in five.
Witton Albion beat Whitby Town 4-2 in the other game.
