Midfielder who was with Millwall as a youngster before signing for Southend.
After making his first-team debut as a substitute against Shrewsbury Town in April 02, he then faced Macclesfield Town in the last game of the season before being sent-off in the final reserve match. That meant that he would serve a three-match ban at the start of the following campaign, and that sealed his fate.
After a spell with Chelmsford City, he linked up with Aveley and joined Tilbury in October 2004.
Switched to Leyton in September 2005.
